How to stop automatic PR creation from PS Network activities

Hi all,

Can any body tell me how to stop

automatic PR creation from PS network activities

for a particular project only or projects using particular

cost centers.

You can control it using a parameter in 'Network Profile'

Create a network profile in the SPRO with field 'Res./Purc. req' set to '1' (Never create a PO).

Assign this network profile to your Network or at the project profile to control the PR creation.

Thanks for the information give you points for that

comming back to my quest.

i forgot to add the point that the project

is under closing stage.ie already activites are released

and PRs are generated.

Now user should not generate any more PR for that particular project only.

Standard solution:

There is no specifi status that prevent from entering the WBS or Network activities as being entered as an Account assignment for PR or PO.

But it is possible to set status lock the whole Project which will prevent from any PR or PO created automatically. But unfortunately it will block all the other transactions like confirmation etc.

So it will be like everytime you unlock to do any further transaction on the Project.

Custom Solution Available :

Another way is to create a 'user status profile' and 'user status' and prohit the transaction RMBA

RMBE in transaction BS22 to avoid any creation of PR and PO.
