Installing the EP ?

Hi Guys,

we have XI environment and now we need to add the EP for our integration. I want to know whether we can add this component to the present existing XI environment or it should be a new installtion?

any help would be appreciated

Thanks for the reply and can anybody please provide the links for the installation and any post installation steps or any thing we need to perform prior to the installation.

Goto service market place>Downloads>Installation & Upgrades>Installation & Upgrade Guides>SAP Enterprise Portal>select the portal release(ex 6.0 sp3 and heigher)which is in the left hand side menu>SAP Netweaver>SAP Netweaver 7.0>SAP Netweaver7.0(2004s)-->Installation.

Srinivas,

latest version for installation would be Netweaver 7.0 (formerly known as 2004s) SR3.

Latest Support Package version is SP16

Srinivas,

you have to install it on a seperate system as own "usage type".
