hi,
in Service Desk
suppose i'm creating service message in R/3 and the component is (PM-WOC-MO) which is maintenance order.
the the message was created sucessfuly.
when i go to solution manager (CRM_DNO_MONITOR) i can see the notification number but not assigned to any one.
how can we make messages or notification assignd to respictice message processor automaticaly with email notification.
example:
message created in R/3 component (PM-WOC-MO) which maintenace order should assigned automatically to Plant maintenace Processor in Solution Manager.

You need to set up the "responsibility rules". If you have a workflow or HR guy there you can recruit him to help you out. The organizational structure has to be set up then the rule to refer to the org structure based on the criteria in the rule. It is documented so-so in the IMG. Good luck,
