Field length

Hi All ,

Is there any limitation to the field length that we are passing through XI?

If I have the input field of length 300 char will it give any impact on processing?

depends on a whole number of variables!

frequency, volume, complexity and hardware!

ultimately, no!

but if you have a million records a minute, all of them 100 mb, running complex BPMs on a Celeron 450 mhz server, then yes!

There is no limitation to the field length.

It will process if you give the input field as 300 char.

regarding the performance it depends on the memory......
