Dear All,

We schedule the whole database + redo log (DB13) backup

but when I saw the backup logs ( Db14) Following Error shows :

We are in my SAP ERP 2005 + Oracle 10.2.0.2 + HPUX11iv2

Please reply me How to correct the same,

you may also want to check permissions on BRARCHIVE... Return code 5 is Error in execution phase.

Permission of the logfile 755 .

secondly we using LTo-1 , and my present DB is 401 GB

There should be a separate logfile of brarchive, in directory /oracle/<SID>/saparch.

Have a look there, it may tell you the reason of the failure.
