hi,

when i go to trasnaction (SOLUTION_MANAGER)

and i tick solution

then i go (Edit) from the menu

then i choose (Fetch SAP Component)

i got this error message (Internal Error) and the message numbe is SOLAR001.

any help or suggetion or SAP note

this an urgent issue.

Hi Farhan,

you might look at

note 1059271 Problems when you create support message in Solution Mngr

Part 6 might in part describe the problem, though I don't know if your system already contains the correction in the note.
