UPload data different

Hi all

when user upload history data from local file after seem planning book the local files data diffrent

with Planning book's value.

ex: "local file history quantity " "APO Planning book's history quantity"

which funtion can effect after UPloading values result?

While loading the data from Excel/Flat file to Data Source..Chech the Preview of datain datasurce...if it is showing ok...then check the data in infocube...if it is ok ...then load data to planning area...and check the data in planning Book...if not getting correct data check the Calender month/Fiscal yr/Week of source and Target.

pls check the KF values by CVC wise...

May be your selection criteria is different while checking....

Also while checking in the planning table, make sure that no macro is doing any calculations resulting in mismatch..

Hi Kim,

Did the user upload from excel to the planning book? How was the data loaded? which transaction?

If you are loading from excel, make sure that the format is followed carefully and the fields are properly mapped.
