Send Business partner data from CRM to MDM to R3

Hi all,

How can we send data from CRM to MDM ?

Do we have any standard Business partner IDOC for this purpose?

or do we need to get the data from CRM as an XML file?

Hi,

In CRM we don't have standard IDOC's like MATMAS and transactions like BD10 etc. so for sending data from CRM we have to use Proxy. Scenario is like this

CRM(outbound Proxy)----> XI -

---

>MDM(File which send to Ready Folder) Receiver comm Channel as File Adapter then

MDM(File) sender Comm Channel as File Adapter->XI->R/3 either using IDOC's OR (Inbound Proxy) as per your requirement.

you have to make use of XI as a middleware.
