MDM - Data Syndication - Full Active Sync

We have need of integrating MDM to different downstream system and some of the system requires full active data from MDM. I understand that there would be performance issue for MDM but was looking for any benchmark figure, if somebody has done All active sync similar to this. The requirement is as follows, It is represented as - System - Number of rows, Number of columns, File Size

Manufacturing System - 4 times/day ( All Approved data)

Release License Feature : - 46K , 11 columns - 5-6MB

Customer - 28K, 7 Columns , 220KB

Product Mapping - 300, 9 Columns, 33KB

Product - 14K, 23 Columns, 3.2MB

Product Prices - 24K, 4 Columns, 1.3MB

Product Relations - 400, 3 Columns, 10KB

Release - 30K, 9 Columns, 2.5 MB

Upgrade - 27K, 6 Columns, 300KB

Portal System - 18 K, 15 Columns, 350KB (Once/day)

Legal System - 83K, 11 Columns, 1.2 MB (Once/Week)

The above is rough estimate of data that would be coming out of MDM after filteration. These syndication needs to extract the all active sync.

Any pointer on performance would be very helpful.

Thanks,

Samir

Hi Sameer,

You can get some details on sizing and performance related details in

http://service.sap.com/~sapidb/011000358700001191122007E

Also by carefully configuring the settings of mds.ini, you would be able to further enhance the performance.

Thanks Ketan for the document. But it would be helpful if there is any recommendation on the current syndication requirement explained in previous thread. Is it alright from MDM performance perspective or is it something which should be totally avoided.
