Connectivity b/w Solution manager & Satellite system ?

Hi,

I have problem with Connectivity b/w Solution manager 4.0 & Satellite system NQA

- I logon my user ID in Solution manager

- Tr: SMSY --> Environment --> Solution Manager Operation --> Administrator SDCCN

- All system shows as a green no error: selected NQA and click Master system

- Asking me user name and password: NQA system to logon, Provided

- After that its hanged / glassover nothing happend

- Kill the task/EndTask and Re-logon solution manager with same my ID

- Getting Messages: "Password logon no longer possible - too many failed attempts" and locked

logon again from SOLMAN user and Unlock my user ID

HOW MAY I KNOW TRACE FILE AND HOW MAY I SOLVED THIS PROBLEM PLEASE HELP
