Hi, gurus,
We have a 4.6C SAP system on Solaris 10 freshly migrated from AIX.
But we found this error in the system logs,
ERROR => EnqMemMakeNewStamp: negative time progress: shared 1 215428446 ...
EnqMemMakeNewStamp: try to compensate internally
I googled and searched notes, and came back empty-handed.
Is there a clue to this Error ?
Thanks.
Hans
looks like system time setting issue, i.e inconsistent timestamps.
if you need to adjust, do it offline.
Please also refer to SAP notes 2072 and 101726
How about report RSDBTIME ?
Maybe update your kernel patch to latest, and see if re-occur
Regards,
Vincent
