Hi,

I have written a blog about connecting to SAP R/3 (BAPI, RFC and so on) and SAP BW (Queries) for... I think it was SPS12, but it should also work for SPS15, because you use the portal connector framework.

You can find it [here.|https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/weblogs?blog=/pub/wlg/6068] [original link is broken] [original link is broken] [original link is broken];

Also check the [wiki pages about conectivity.|https://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/VC/Connectivity]

Best Regards,

Marcel

After following your document - we are still getting errors when we test the connections.

We do not want to set up single sign-on yet.

Hi,

what type of Ssytem your are connecting?

if evry thing is you did just do the proxy settings for your portal in Visual admin.

Path:server->webservice container->settings->fill all the settings(Proxy,port and Exclude list)
