Error performing Bugseye Installation

Hi,
Basically I am trying to perform a data centre migration for a customer of mine.
As a result we have to move the Bugseye catalog from one SAPDB/Bugseye installation to a new install.
So far we have installed the SAPDB successfully and linked the Jrun 4.0 to the IIS as per the previous installation.
But when we try to install the Bugseye the install seems to complete successfully but when you look at the log it show an error.
I have enclosed the log if you would have a look at it and see if you can determine any possible causes.

You are absolutely right and I noticed that right after I posted the question, I reran the installation with the correct parameters.
Unfortunately it did not solve the user creation issue seen at the bottom of the log.
Also I am having difficulty in testing the servlet with JRun4, I have altered the logon page and pointed it to the servlet. But when I log in, I get a message saying that my page cannot be found.
So I am not getting the servlet to work correctly, I have followed the installation guide but obviously it leaves out some of the configuration related to the webserver and jrun.
