When my sync Interface (HTTP sender) is sending data to BPM I am getting below error

<SAP:Stack>Message 4871032AB6C24C3CE1000000AC140A3B pipeline PE_ADAPTER unknown XML message not found</SAP:Stack>
Somebody told me there is some note we need to implement in XI for BPM so that messages can be persisted on XI.
Pls tell me that note.
