Sales order Costing

Hi Friends,

I am facing an error as

I am creating an sales order for Scrap material { material is being created in UNBW ( non valuated material) }

But on saving the sales order, I am getting an error as "Material Scrap can not be costed"

(message # Ck113)

Please provide the solution at the earlist

Dear Shailesh

I feel scrap material should be created with material type FERT where the sale value will be updated in system.

Is there any specific idea to create the scrap material with UNBW ??

Thanks for the reply, but at my client place the all scrap materials are being created in UNBW material type....

Dear Shailesh

Ask the client following questions

- How the excise duty will be captured

- How the TCS will be captured

For information, for scrap sales, you should have a seperate pricing procedure and it should be charged on customer.

If you want to capture the above two, as already stated, you should not create scrap material with UNBW
