MY XI30 contains ;
SAP_ABA = SP15,
SAP_BASIS = SP15, all XI patch sp 15
WAS JAVA = SP15
PI_BASIS = 2004_1_640 0006

<SAP:P1>405</SAP:P1>
<SAP:P2>ICM_HTTP_INTERNAL_ERROR</SAP:P2>
in case of RFC to JDBC, i had no problem.
2. manual statring XISRV0
when my XI system turn on,
SAP systems -> XID, SAPXI, SAPXI 1, stared automatically, green color, but SAPXI 0, not green, gray, so everytime i turn on the xi computer, i had to let SAPXI 0 start in SAPMMC.
3. change something in ID or IR
on cache notification, only ABAP Cache is Red color
when i went to SXI_CACHE, also red color appears,
wieh erro if_http_client receive http_communication_failure.
and then as soon as i clicked start delta cache, all red colors is replaced by green color.
can i make cache update automatically?
4. CPA Cache issue
as table schema in target was added by one colume, i modified mapping in IR, but XI JDBC Adapter did not recognize new changed thing, so after i restart XI JDBC Adapter or reboot the XI system, XI JDBC Adapter did recognize, otherwise, my scenairo is running as well after rebooting system.

Hi Tony,
before trying to guess answers to your issues, a couple of considerations, maybe useless, but you never know...
A. It sounds like you're missing different post-inst activities; is that possible? Tale a look at specific chapter in <a href="https://www.sdn.sap.comhttp://www.sdn.sap.comhttp://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/95d7d490-0301-0010-ce93-c58">XI inst guide</a>
and also in <a href="https://www.sdn.sap.comhttp://www.sdn.sap.comhttp://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/bd5950ff-0701-0010-a5bc-86d">troublshooting guide</a>
B. SP15 is brand new, so you're likely going to have smth to take care of. Also try seraching for specific SP15 Config Guide.
Then, coming to your issues, I'll give suggestions only for what I have some.
2. I would alwasys start manually from MMC and disable automatic startup of services.
3. (post ints/config actvity). In XI, do you have an RFC dest (in SM59) of type http called INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI?
4. you can use this URL to get a refresh w/o restarting the whole instance http://<host>:<port>/CPACache/refresh?mode=delta|full (i guess you must log in as admin or XIAFUSER)
6. Don't know actually, but i've seen the same story on every XI instance i've worked on (several
Regarding issue 5, sorry for my stupid question, but are you definitely sure you upgraded ALL component to SP15? I know there's a lot of stuff to download and import/deploy... Double check.
Let me know, and good luck.
Alex

and have you tried Number 4? two XI system turn on same issue. just try to add one colume to SQL table and then try to make mapping in IR, please let me know your result
3. INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI is ok though 500 error

No way I can test that now. I'm at a customer site with quite strict policy, and no lab/sandbox on hand. Sorry.

The same here. Should be ok.

I don't even think there's a std way to automate this! Consider that <i>altering tables or RFC structures should nbot be a daily activity</i>...

Everything looks fine to me. I just made the same check on my RZ10 (XI Sp14) and got exactly the same stuff. Hopefully it's fine tuning, and the fact they are WARNING only reassure me about them not being so critical perhaps
Issues 1 and 3 are clearly related. Try searching SDN with ICM_HTTP_INTERNAL_ERROR keyword and a lot of stuff will pop out (try
Let me know.

Hi Tony,
most probably all of you cache issues
are because your XI configuration
check this document:
https://websmp102.sap-ag.de/~sapdownload/011000358700003163902004E/HowTo_handle_XI_30_Caches.pdf
this will enable your cache refresh
BTW
Please post one question in one thread
