WD4VCRuntimeException.Not able to bring value help webdynpro runtime

Hi all;

I have saw a thread on the Visual Composer 7.0 SDN community.

From that I saw you Wiki link:

Our Scenario: The creation of PO requires an Input Value Help for the Material No. I tried to implement the in Visual Composer. Flash works fine with the Value help that I have incorporated. But, when I try to do the same in the Web Dynpro Runtime, it ends up in the following error.

Note: The error says that it has to be updated to SPS 11. But, we have SPS 13. Please help us ..
