Hi friends,
My scenario is from Peoplesoft -> XI -> BI
Message has reached BI, but in SXMB_MONI, its showing Message Status as "Scheduled" and Queue Status "Queue Stopped".
How to proceed further ? How can I start that queue ?
Thanks ain advance,
Neena John
Try to de register and register your queue from SXMB_ADM
Also, try deleting the entry in the queue by double clicking on the Queue ID in SXMB_MONI and restarting your message.

Hi,
Go to Either SMQ1 or SMQ2 ddepending on your Scenario, Check out your Queue number and try to activate the entry, the status should turn to running, if not deregister and activate and then try to run your message.Even, if this does not work, try to delete the Queue entries and run.
Also, make sure whether any other interface is stopping your interface, if so, do the same with that message first.

Hi Neena,
Check in the queue which message has been stopped, sometimes if the queue was blocked by some other interface then your message will be showing "Scheduled" status.
Clear the message which is blocking the queue and without any interruption you will see your message proceeding.

Hi Neena,
Go to SXMB_ADM -> Manage Queues -> Register Queues
More on queues
Run the report RSXMB_REGISTER_QUEUES and register the queues
Run the report RSXMB_RESTART_MESSAGES for restarting ur messages
