CUP: Default roles not assigning

Hi all,

I seem to have an issue when trying to user default roles on CUP. Firstly, do you need to create a new stage/path to use default roles?

I am trying to configure a default role at company level, i.e. when a particular company is selected, assign the default role for the system selected.

I get the error message, "Error in creating request. Stage Not Found."

If I disable default roles, then the request goes through ok.

Please note: we are provisioning to 9 systems using a generic workflow, i.e. if company = "VALUE", then kick off path. Also using a 3 stage approval process, i.e. APO, BPO, then security.

The Custom approver determinator (CAD) for stage 1 is at functional area of role, the CAD for role 2 is role owner,

Any advice would be highly appreciated.

Pls check the attributes selected for default roles and make sure you are providing that info on your request submission.

Yes, the attributes being referenced within the default role does match the attribute on the landing page.

I have implemented default roles in my current implementation (going live this week) in AE 5.2.

Can you descibe each step you took for configuring default roles in your system?...
