SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFMONITOR problem

Dear All,

I had scheduled standard jobs. The job SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFMONITOR runs successfully, but does not update tables and workload monitors shows no load data. The job log says:

Job started

Step 001 started (program RSCOLL00, variant , user ID

Database system not supported

Database system not supported

Job finished

I checked TCOLL entries and they seem to be fine. Couldn't find anything else. Any help please?

The database is Oracle 10.2.0.2 and ECC6

Job log contains information that the Database System is not supported.

Solution

Could you please check the below note and check the contents of TCOLL table.

966309 Contents of table TCOLL in SAP_BASIS 700

12103 Contents of the TCOLL table

Still found no issues with UTC or the TCOLL table. There are however

extra jobs which are not related to the SQL Server system which may

result in the message appearing in the log.

I did check the "google" info too

SAP Notes didn't yield anything either.
