hi,
i have posted a idoc from xi.... it is received in R/3 also.... but it is giving me the following error
"VKORG, VTWEG, SPART cannot be determined for customer , vendor"
I checked in my idoc ORDERS05 also..... these 3 fields are not available in the idoc.
Hi Mani,
Go to voe2 and maintain ur entries against the customer or vendor.. your sales area will be automatically picked..

HI
Graphical Mapping:
SAP XI provides a graphical mapping tool that generates a java mapping program to be called at run time.
u2022Graphically define mapping rules between source and target message types.
u2022Queue-based model allows for handling of extremely large documents.
u2022Drag-and-drop.
u2022Generates internal Java Code.
u2022Built-in and user-defined functions (in Java)
u2022Integrated testing tool.
u2022N:M mapping is possible.
Graphical mapping is a common approach followed by everyone for generating desired target structure. It involves simple drag-n-drop to correlate respective nodes (fields) from source and target structure. It hardly involves coding. (Exception - User defined functions). But sometimes with graphical mapping it is difficult to produce required output. For example ... text/html output, namespace change, sorting or grouping of records etc.

Hi,
These fields are available with Qualifiers in E1EDK14 segment of ORDERS05 IDoc -
Use three E1EDK14 segments as follows
QUALF = 008 and ORGID = Sales Organization (VKORG)
QUALF = 007 and ORGID = Distribution Channel (VTWEG)
QUALF = 006 and ORGID = Division (SPART)
Hope this helps.
Regards,
Riyaz

Hi Mithun,
Make sure that the same Sales area (i.e. Sales org, Distribution channel and division) exists in the target R/3 system.
In target R/3 system, test the inbound IDoc processing using WE19 transaction giving reference of the IDoc sent by XI. Provide existing sales area values (i.e. the sales area must be defined in the target system, you can check it in database tables like VBAK or via transaction VA01/02). Once that IDoc test is successful, you can pass those values via XI.
Regards,
Riyaz
Hi Mithun,
You can use either Standard Inbound or Inbound function module. In case of inbound function module, you can find out the processing function module's name from the corresponding partner profile maintained in transaction we20.
Otherwise, just find out sales area values from database tables in target R/3 system. You can find all sales area combinations in table - TVTA. Use these values while sending message via XI.
Regards,
Riyaz
Hi Mithun,
This means the IDoc is correctly formed is transfered to the application for creating sales order. If you see a yellow status for the IDoc in we02 transaction, IDoc must be waiting in the queue. You can manually process the IDoc using transaction BD87.
You can see Va03 to check if the sales order has been created. The status of the IDoc also gets updated with the sales order number in we02.
Once successful, you can use the correct sales area values in your IDoc sent via XI so that your IDoc will be posted correctly. You can also directly find the correct sales area value from the table TVTA in target R/3 system.
Regards,
Riyaz
