regarding tables in smartforms

i hav created a main window

in that i kept table my table is not fitting into the window

the requirement is i hav to print 6 items in page1

and 13 items in the further pages.

i m getting small gap below table i.e below table and window

how to remove that gap.

if i reduce the hieght of main window the line items r going to 5

how to solve this?

See the ouput options of your main window look at your window width and create a table which is of same size or a cm lesser even.

And your Gap its all trail and error. Resize it and try.

If your requirement-> print 6 items in a page with secondary window whose size is exactly of your main window size. Call this before main window page. In your main window create a table and give your line items. This is to control manually.

Increase your height of main window and adjust your table width properly.

i hav created a table in mainwindow. i am unable to fit the table in that window.

actually i hav to print 6 items in first page. and 13 items in 2nd page and so on.

while printing 6 items in 1st page i m getting gap between foter of the table and bottom of the main window.

how to avoid that space?

Its a typical problem....happens a lot.....

even if you manage to adjusts the height....its going to change for another set of data.....thats wat i think if i have understood your requirement correctly..best thing you can do is you do not create boxes and lines for table cells..may be use shading instead..
