Service Order from Sales order

Hi,

Can anyone tell me what would be the next steps after the service order is trigerred from sales order (Reqt type SERA) for completing the sales process and service.

I need the steps for both the service and sales processing.

hi,

with out cs module , it is difficult to answer your point.

steps

1. sales order

2.service order

3.service order iw31 where we have different senarios like material / services provided by the company or the external vendor.

4. if external vendor. then the cost should be posted. va88 and ie revenue analysis.

5. for the revenue analysis, the costing part should be activated in the sale order.

6. settle the cost the complete

7. create the invoice.

8 . close he sales order.

well friend after complete the service order u can go directely to billing by t.code VF01

FOR that u should maintain copy control by VTFA and

by t.code VOV8 in sales doument type maintain order related billing in billing section

But my question is precisely, once the service order is trigerred from the sale order, what would be the next step from the service department.

Can we handle this without CS module being implemented?

If yes, how can we do it..?
