Hi All,
We are looking for a solution to better monitor batch jobs in our systems Basically , from an audit point of view, we need to have some procedures in place to :
- monitor any failures in a timely manner
- take and record any action taken to fix the problem
We can use BPM for this purpose
-define a business process with the batch jobs.
-If any job is cancelled or any other status a SOLMAN ticket should be generated automatically.
Kindly help.
Thanks
Tripti

Hello,
I just pointed you to the most useful documents in this area on the Service Marketplace. Especially the general Setup Guide will also tell you how to configure the automatic creation of Service Desk messages in case of an alert.
Best Regards
Volker
