mail from webdynpro application gets into junk mai

Hi ,

I am running netweaver 2004s sp 13 , my smtp server is exchange 2003 and the clients use outlook 2003 Mail with attachment from webdynpro app enters the junk inbox

Since this problem does not use the java mail client service , but a standard java program that uses javamail api I have tried to run the java send mail prgoram from the command line and everything was fine

please help

You have to configure your Exchange and Outlook so that the sender addresse of that mail is not detected as SPAM. Contact your Exchange admin to do that for you.

Hi ,

I think it won't help . because when sending this mail from java program directly , the problem doesn't occur
