RTCCTOOL problem

When I execute RTCCTOOL from SE38 for Pre go-live check I am getting the following error eventhogh RFC connection SAPOSS ,SAPNET_RFC & SAPNET_RTCC are working fine

RFC failure has occured

Retun code=1

The action could be performed

so I am not able to come to know the missing add-ons and notes.I would appreciate your help

Just as a follow up: I called the hotline and no problem is known as of now. I opened a call. It seems that only connections via sapserv3 are affected.

yes - they had a problem with the gateway for O01.

I have the same problem from all our systems. On top of that, the "service connector" to open a system connection is not working either. It seems, that the gateway of system O01 (the system you connect to @ SAP) is unavailable currently.
