Hi,

The control elements in the copying of two documents are called switches.

Billing Qty, pos/neg quantity, Pricing type, Pricing Exch rate type, cumulate cost, Price source ...etc are called switches in copying control.

I guess ,you are talking of Copy control table.

In copying control table you will find "Data transfer routines", Copying Requiremnets" and "Switches" at header level, item level,schedule line level (if applicable).

You can just open VTFL, you will find various check boxes,like

"Foreign trade data", "Reference no.", "Allocation no." at the header level & "Billing Quantity", "Price Source", "Pricing Type" etc. , where you can put the values as per your requirement.

These check boxes are called SWITCHES.
