XI Installation Problem

hi all,

I am having a small problem during the xi installation. i had installed central instance and database instance. i also installed java addon successfully. While i was installing the xi installation in the online deployment it is hanging for a long time and finally giving an error!

Please help.

hi vasanth,

Please check if the j2ee server is stopped. if so then start it and click try again.

I am sure you can move forward in your installation.

Hey,

Try to stop the installation and continue it from the old installation when it asks again and tell me if it doesn't go.

Please check if you had given the right SDM password during the installation.
