Hello everyone,

When i am trying to create sales order for 200 qty of a matrl am getting confirmed only for 150qty.why?

Hi Vicky,

In a sales order u get confirmed qty for those qty for which there is stock.So first of all u check ur stock .tcode is MMBE.Sometimes evn if theer is stock but they maybe assignd to some open order.u can check that in MD04.Incase if there is no stock u can post it .tcode is MB1C and movement type is 561.

In ur case u may have stock of only 150qty.

Check Item Availablitiy overview in sales order.

Check the Availability check & Checking rule in Scope of check assigned.

Hello,

Check your stock available. I think the stock is only 150, so it has got confirmed, you can check the same through transaction MMBE. If you want to deliver all the 200 quantities, then raise the stock again through MB1C, mvt 561.
