what is requirement in pricing procedure and how it work or impact the pp
can u explain with example
hi,
Requirement field in pricing procedure , which restrict the access sequence.
when a sales order is created. the pricing procedure is determined based on the document pricing proce and customer pricing procedure and sales area.
the condition types in the procedure will first check the requirement. but not the access sequence to get the value of the mateial.
the requirement will have a routine ie a short programe which determine the condition record for the conditon type
thanks

Hi Hanumant,
Through requirement factor in the condition technique that restricts access to a condition table.
The system only accesses a condition table to determine the price if the requirement specified has been met.
Example
The system uses an access sequence to determine the price of a material. One of the accesses in the sequence contains the requirement "in foreign currency." The system only uses the table behind this access if the sales order for which the price must be calculated is in a foreign currency.
Requirement
Use
If the requirement is fulfilled (SY-SUBRC = 0), then output
determination also takes into consideration output type or the access
sequence, for which the requirement has been specified.
Examples
A possible requirement would be, for example, that a difference should
be made between document currency and local currency .
I hope it will clear for you,
Regards,
Murali.
