Is it possible to create a global java object in XI and use it across message mappings ? I don't want to import any user defined jars / objects.

Anand,
You can create global variables in the java secion of message mapping. But the scope of this is within one message mapping. You can't create global java objects across message mappings. Importing jars would solve your problem. Hence you need to import jars /objects

Felix
