free goods not determined

Hi Friends,

For free goods, system is not automatically determining during sales order creation.

Free goods are determined only if manually entered in sales order with item category TANN.

what configuration setting should be looked into?

Free goods uses the condition technique and will be determined automatically in the sales order.

In your case, system is not using condition technique.

As a first step, go to transaction V/N6 and check whether free goods determination has been activated.

Here you would check whether sales area, Doc procedure, Cust pricing procedure is assigned to NA0001 procedure.

Hi kamesh,

In IMG, I activated free goods.

I created NA00 record.

I created sales order but system is not determing free goods. I checked free goods analysis and it indicates condition record not found.

I checked NA00 record again but can't see anything missing.

I am working on exclusive method and my scenario is if customer purchases 100 washing machines, for every 30 machines, one machine is given free.

can you suggest how to work on this?

You could work on your scenario by entering the following information in free goods record NA00 inclusive button

Material: washing machine

Minimum quantity: 100

From: 30

unit of measure: as indicated in material record

are free goods: 1

unit of measure:as indicated in material record

calculation type: 1

save your record.

Now recreate sales order again and check whether free goods are determined
