Closing Sales Order

Dear SD Guru,

Please help me how to close pending as well as completed sales order at the end of each month. So the user canu2019t use those sales order in the future.

After putting the reason for rejection user are removing it and reusing it. We want to stop it.

If once order was closed, user will not be able to change and use it again.

Hi,

One way of controlling is through user exit, where you can check if order is closed (i.e. If reason of rejection is given in Order) then you can stop going into change mode.

User exit USEREXIT_CHECK_VBAK USING US_DIALOG in program MV45AFZB

Through basis authorization control, you can deny giving access to VA02 for those users.

Dear Sir,

If u want to see the pending sales order then u just go on VA05 and not down the pending orders with reason.

If u want that other user can not use this order then u just delete or complete that sales order.
