Dear all,
I created a sales order - then delivery - then a transfer order - confirmed the transfer order.
I did not do the PGI.
The problem is I deleted line item "10" from the delivery document & the system deleted it without any error. Because of this I was able to delete the line item "10" from the sales order also.
Now transfer order is the subsequent document for delivery (as it is created on the basis of the delivery), delivery is subsequent document for sales order (as it is created on the basis of the sales order).
1. My question here is why did the system allow to delete the line item "10" from the delivery document despite there being a confirmed transfer order for the delivery document?
2. Is it a standard behaviour of SAP in case of warehouse management?
3. How do I control this so that the system should not allow me to delete any item from the delivery document if there is a confirmed transfer order or transfer order yet to be confirmed?
Please guide me as to how do I solve this issue.
