Users logon via the (ABAP) message server (load balancing) or they logon
directly on the ABAP dispatcher, the work processes execute the user entries.
Another task of the message server is to transfer requests in the ABAP world. In SAP server there are several Application server so distribute the load we are spliting the load to different server. As example Finance people have to logon in APP Server 2, Marketing People have to login in App server 3, So we used to configure the same through SMLG and distribute the load. The same load you have see through AL08.
