while doing PGI i am getting error like

Deficit of SL Unrestr. prev. 1 EA : 90(material) A100(Plant) P101(storage location)

Dear Friend,

There is no stock in your plant storage loaction,

Go T-code MB1c other goods movements.

There enter the movement type 561 and enter your plant and storage location.

Now you stocks gets uploaded then you can do the delivery.

Dear Sarveswara

If stock is available and still you are not able to do delivery, then please go to VA02, input the sale order and execute. There double click on the material code for which you are trying to create delivery.

Now on top you can see some tabs. Select Schedule Line and see whether the stock available is flowing in Confirmed qty. If not, in menu bar on top, click Edit and Item availability so that the stock will now be flowing in confirmed qty tab. Create delivery now.

Hi

You can create delivery if your scedule lines are due for delivery (delivery date in schedule lines). You can also create delivery by giving the future date in the selection date while creating delivery. But, you cannot do PGI unless the required delivery qauntities are available in the location specified in the delivery(plant and storage location). The error message clearly says that there is shortage of stock in that storage location.As specified in the above replies, post stock in the plant/storage location using MB1C. If there is ample stock in your plant but not in that specific storage location, then you can move the stock from the storage location with stock to the required storage location. Now the system will allow you to do PGI.
