Hi Sasi,

This is relevant to the tax classification which wil be maintained in the customer master in sale area data -->Billing tab.

If you want to know the details go to IMG

SPRO>Sales and Distribution>Basic functions>Taxes>Define Tax relevancy of master records-->Customer taxes here you find different tax classifications to the respective condition types.

I hope it will help you,

Regards,

Murali.

Dear Murali,

Say i have defined JTX1 and JTX2 as Tax categories in OVK3....Does TaxCl1Cust inidicator refer to JTX1 and TaxCl2Cust refer to JTX2.....like wise if i have another tax category JTX3...TaxCl3Cust refer to JTX3?

Thanks

Dear Sasi,

You can able to define only Tax classification for the customer master in OVK3 transaction you can't define JTX1 and JTX2 as Tax categories in OVK3 transaction.

Before going to define the customer tax clasification you need to define and maintain the tax condition types in your procedure.

Through OVK3 transaction you can define the tax classification and you can assign that tax classification(Customer ) to the tax condition type(Tax category) which you already defined.

I hope it will clear for you,

Regards,

Murali.
