Hi,
I get the following connection error at the 'Import ABAP' step :

I have tried re-installing, changing directory names, etc. but with no luck - does any one have an idea what I'm missing ?
Thanks
Andre
I got the same error few hours ago...
I restarted the machine and manually started the SAPDB : NSP service before Restarting the failed installation.
Right now R3Load is running and I guess I have passed the error.
I am not sure why SAPDB : NSP did not start on it's own during earlier phases.
Hope this helps.

I had underscores ( _ ) in my computer name. After removing the underscores by renaming the computer, I reinstalled again. This time the import step continued successfully.
If you also have underscores in your computer name, please remove them by renaming and try to re install again.
Thanks,
Srinivasa.
