Multiple change documents attached to a single change request

Hi gurus !!

Is it possible to attach multiple open change documents (more than one SDMJ or more than one SDHF) to the same change request (SDCR) ?

Hey Stephane,

It is very much possible to attach multiple SDHF and SDMJ to the CR....

From the CR itself we can create follow-up transactions.........

This Follow-up transaction can be any other transaction..... it could also be an incident.....

There is an icon on all Support message or CR... which says "Create Follow-up Transaction".....

From this we can create any other trans type from the CR...

For this some kind of configuration needs to be done...

Follow this IMG path:

SAP Solution Manager-> Customer relationship management->Transactions->Basic Settings->Copy control for Business transactions.....

Hi Anand,

Assuming that what you are saying is true, i have another question : in the standard SDCR workflow, when the SDMJ or SDHF (Follow-up transaction) is closed, the SDCR's status is automatically set to implemented. What happens if there are multiple SDMJ associated to a change request ? Is it the last or the first closed SDMJ that moves the SDCR to the implemented status
