adding approver note in inbox not working

Hi experts,

We are on an SRM 5.0 classic scenario.

When a shopping cart enters the approval inbox (BBPSPWB_SIMPLE), the approver wants to add a note by clicking the button 'add note' . However, when clicking the button, the button just disappears so we can not enter a note. Can this be resolved by an OSS note?

hi,

as soon as the user (approver) clicks the button 'add note'.

then one text area should appear where it is possible for the approver to enter the note.

looks like the text area is not appearing in your system.

check wether you have configured the following setting in your system.

1) transaction --> spro

--> cross -application basic settings --> text schema --> define text schema

for text schema --> sc(shopping cart)

there should be an entry maintained in 'texts for schema'.

text id --> NOTM

with visibility set for the users....

Hi,

I already have an entry NOTM - header & item - visible for all users - changeable for all users - copyable.

So I think this cannot be the problem?
