table activation error because of massive activation

I gurus!

When we try to activate any table in the system, next error appears:

"Mass activation not yet complete!"

We don't have any locks because of a massive activation neither any process running this kind of activation.

We had problems with db a few hours ago wich provocates that we had to cancel a transport to this system because this transport was not doing anything in DB neither in SAP system.

We cleaned TRBAT and TRJOB tables too after transport calcellation.

We think that the error can be caused by this cancellation but now we don't know how to indicate to the system that the massive activation is not already active.

Any idea?

You have to do this : "You must call the mass activation program from Reporting (SE38). The mass activation program has several input parameters."
