prod isssu with RFC

Hello,

I am getting the following error.... in SXI_MONITOR

Error: Transaction IDX1: Port XXXX, client , RFC destination

contain errors

Could you suggest what to do ...

this is prodcution system...

the idoc for the receiveing System is not matained in IDX2 ....will it be a problem

Hi,

Make sure the RFC destination maintained in the port defined in IDX1 is working correctly. If the IDoc metadata is not visible in IDX2, you can manually import it using the create button in IDX2.

Also see if SLDCHECK transaction returns a successful output (green).

Hi,

This error usually we will get when we didnt maintained the correct RFC Destination or Port

I thought your Idoc is the Receiver,then

1) Check in Idoc Receiver Communication channel that you have given the correct RFC Destination and Port

2) Also check in XI---SM59 for RFC Destination and IDX1 for correct Port is correspondiong to the correct RFC Destination

First let us know more details abt ur scenario
