Stock in Transit

Hi all,

I am from MM background.I want to know wether in an intercompany transaction(stock transfer by SD path) , is it possible to have stock in transit in bettween two companies so that goods reciept can be done with movement type 305 in migo.

Actually movtyp 305 is used for doing transfer posting in plant-to-plant goods movement where the goods is made in transit(using movtyp 303) and is to be recieved in our plant.But there is one issue where user want to use movtyp 305 for doing goods reciept in intercompany transaction in migo.

Please post if anybody wants any clariffication.

Hi Rohit,

One idea, but be careful, I never do it. If I understand you, you want use the SD flow (intercompany). Create a Schedule Line Categories, and set the movement type '305' (in OMJJ I see that you can use it for tcode VL02N), and revise all settings (determination of items, schedules and so on).
