QM Stock transfer data batch upload (QA11)

Hi, guru.

I want to upload the result of inspection from local system to SAP R/3.

The result of inspection means only quantity, not result for characteristics.

When inputing quantity on 'To be posted' at QA11, that quantity goes to MM stock.

I want to use this function via interface with other systems.

I've been looked for BAPI and Idoc, but I don't find any solution.

My scenario is;

1. create an inspection lot after MIGO in SAP. (e.g. lot size is 10)

2. Users input the inspection passed quantity (e.g. 6 of 10) on other system.

3. That system sends quantity 6 to inspection lot of SAP.

4. Inspection stock moves to unrestricted stock with QA11 function.

Version is 4.7 (Extension 2.0).

Hello,

Very interesting scenario!!!!

But i think once the quantity received through GR, it will migrate in inspection lot under quality. And then you need to release it through UD only. So in this case hoe the stock interfaces with the other legacy, under quality inspection stock is i think not possible. But i will also do my home work and let you know the best.
