iam transporting change requests from se01 i got error with tp with 0012 . please give answer for this

Hi,
check the error log.
se09 -> enter -> select your request and click on transport logs ( ctrl + shift + F2)

Can you please send the log for that particular transport request from /usr/sap/trans/log
It will be helpfull to analyse

1)check the tp.
2)Check the db connectivity.
3)Check the batch environment & over all sys performance.

Return code 12 normally occurs when there is some permission problem in cofiles and datafiles.
So plz check the permissions of cofile and datafile.
