SAP WM

Hi Gurus,

I have to elaborate a project plan for the implementation of SAP WM for one of the warehouses of the company.

I am new to this functionality and I wonder is there is a speedier way to elaborate a project plan for WM other than reading the whole IMG?.

If you have any helpful idea, I will reward points.

In order to draw a complete project plan for WM - firstly you need to be aware of all the functionalities of WM and what it can offer.

Thorough understanding of the Warehouse set up, designing of the Bin structure and any automation needed in the transactions of WM. If you can provide specifics we can definately help with a start point.
