BPM Email Alert - Recipient does not exist in the address management

Please help! Business Process Monitoring and SCOT are configured perfectly but internet email alerts are not being sent out. In CCMS RZ20 -> BPMerror -> EMail -> Find the following error is generated: "Recipient does not exist in the address management." How do I create a recipient in address management? Thanks!!!

Hello Robert,

I just saw that my colleague Ferry Treuter just solved your email problem in your opend OSS ticket.

In general you should probably refer to the documentation on the SAP Service Marketplace, if not already done.

https://service.sap.com/bpm --> Media Library --> Technical Information.

There you'll find several Setup Guides. In the same Media Library under Customer Information you can find some overview PPT "Business Process & Interface Monitoring Part 1&2" showing you the availalbe capabilities of BPMon coming out-of-the-box.

What fixed the problem for me was assigning roles SAP_IDOC_EVERYONE, SAP_S_CSMREG, SAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE to user SM_BPMO.
