German Language in some screens when logged with EN language.

Dear Experts..

In few screens we are getting text in German Language.

Ex :--> Details like Psting Key , Vendor fileds appearing in German language ( T Code : F-43)

What could be the reason ? & Why it will happen like this?

I think it's just SAP missing the language conversionon these fields. The same thing happens in SM61 (Job-Servergruppen).
