Problem with Netweaver Server & Netweaver Studio configuration

Hi,

I have installed Netweaver 7.01 (with MaxDB) and Netweaver Studio 7.1 and I am facing two problems -

1. I cannot start or stop the servers from Netweaver studio. (I can do this only from the SAP Management Console). The problem is the authorization (<SID>adm). I tried all the options but none works. The one that is entered into the install.log doesnt work either (create SIDadm user: E24adm -- no passowrd mentioned here). Can anyone tell me whats the default SID and password.

2. When I deploy a war file, in the Deploy View Console is get the message - "Created a temporary copy" and after almost 30-40 mins I get the message - "Could not find SDM implementation" . Any step that I am missing during the deployment?

Is there any special configuration to have this working.
