Error XI - Connection refused on message

Hi Experts,

The message error in the RWB is:

Transmitting the message to endpoint http://localhost:50080/sap/xi/engine?type=entry using connection AFW failed, due to: com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.RecoverableException: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect.

We need a

1) Adapter file (TXT content Conversion)

2) XI

3) Proxy

The message is with BPM bridge.
